The European Centre:
This is an affiliate of Al Rajhi Co. for HRD. We offer courses in general English, English for special purposes (ESP) , English for academic purposes (EAP), special programs in specific fields such as petrochemicals, refineries, steel, gas, oil, research and development, management programs and others.

Location and Staff:
The European Centre is located in the city of Riyadh with a branch in Jubail Industrial City. Although our facilities are well equipped, to cut costs and to save time, sometimes we undertake training at our customers’ training facilities, either at their headquarters or at branches all over the Kingdom. Therefore, our services cover several regions in the Kingdom; we have more than 20 training units at clients’ locations, colleges and institutes. Our teaching staff is of British and American nationalities who are highly qualified and well experienced. At one point the number of qualified full time TEFL teachers reached 100. They are carefully selected and hired by our training managers.

Method of Training and Incentives:
Each student must undertake a placement test and a possible interview to determine his level of English. Accordingly, he will be placed with the appropriate level. The duration of a course is normally decided by the student or by the client. Curriculums and course materials are different from one course to another. However, either the centre recommendations or in house training materials of the client are used. At the end of each course, participants are issued with an accredited certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Education. Moreover, the distinguished student in each class is given a gift and all participants have the opportunity to enter a draw to win a free English Language course in Britain.

Locum and Recruitment:
The European Centre may hire teachers for clients upon request on a full time or part time basis according to certain rules and regulations controlling such a process. For those clients who wish to directly hire their own teaching staff, we offer full recruitment services, visa processing and travel arrangements.

Achievements:
Despite the fact that the European Centre has been in operation for just under a decade, we have provided very distinguished training services and have successfully undertaken very large projects. As a result , the European Centre has become the leading English Language institute in the Kingdom. Most of our projects over the past several years have been automatically renewed. Our credibility and high quality of services have made some of the biggest companies request us to open new branches in various cities in Saudi Arabia.

Ladies Centre:
Due to our good reputation and local demand, we opened a similar centre for ladies in Riyadh. We offer courses in general English taught by British and American teachers and computer training by experienced teachers.

We are optimistic and we hope that we will soon have new branches for both men and women in Jeddah and Dammam.
